Return Policy

hummel India has an easy process to ensure hassle-free returns. We’re here to help if you’re not happy or satisfied with your order. Please raise a return request within 7 days of the order delivery. Once the request is approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up within 72 hours of your request. It may take 5-15 working days for the product to reach back to our order processing centre.

Steps to Return:

  • Go to INITIATE RETURN
  • Mention your order number & the registered mobile number
  • Choose the product & quantity
  • Select the reason for return 
  • Upload 3 images of the product in their original condition with all the tags and packaging intact
  • Confirm your pickup address
  • After finishing the process, you'll receive a confirmation email. 

Please Note:             

  • We do not accept return on items valued at INR 500 or below.
  • We do not accept return on accessories i.e. socks, mask, sipper, etc.
  • We do not accept exchange requests. Please return the product & place a new order.
  • Please make sure the products to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all the tags and packaging intact.

 

Refund Policy

Cancelled Orders:

  • The refund will be initiated to the source account within 24 hours post the cancellation.
  • It may take up to 5-15 working days depending upon your bank to reflect in your account.

Returned Orders:

  • Once the product(s) reaches back to our warehouse and completes the quality check process, refund(s) will be initiated to the source account within 48 hours.
  • It may take up to 5-15 working days depending upon your bank to reflect in your account.

 

Warranty Policy

We provide 30 days product warranty. In a rare event, if you face any issue with the product, then you can claim for warranty.

General conditions for warranty claim:

Claims are entertained only against manufacturing defects and admissible when shoes have been appropriately used. No claim is admissible on socks & bodywears.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, accident or neglect.
  • The warranty does not cover the laces of the shoe.
  • The warranty does not cover induced tears, fading due to detergents etc.
The warranty does not cover for products in used condition and has surpassed the warranty period.
